Job description 

•To Handle customer complaint and their resolution

•Organized the service promotional activity •PGO training coordination and post training engagement activities

Established the BS VI product by supporting the dealer in

various customer complaints

•Train the dealer staff to improve skill level

•Retro campaign coordination

•Daily break down monitoring and reporting to HO •Customer Service Management & Measurement

Key Competencies Required for the job:

•Experience in automobile after sales (OEM / Dealer Level)

•Good Technical Knowledge

•Good Communication Skills •Computer Proficiency (MS Office)

•Hardworking & Punctual

•Knowledge of automobile dealer working processes
