Job Description:

Eureka Outsourcing Solutions is hiring Relationship Managers for their Aditya Birla BFSI process. This role involves managing customer relationships through inbound/outbound calls, focusing on sales or service within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

  • Promote and cross-sell financial products and services (insurance, mutual funds, NBFCs, etc.)

  • Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly

  • Maintain quality communication and adhere to call center standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of call center experience in the BFSI sector (NBFCs, banks, insurance, mutual funds)

  • Gender Preference: Female

  • Communication: Must have English Versant 6 level (good communication skills mandatory)

Job Details:

 

  • Shift Timing: Day Shift | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

  • Salary: As per last drawn (Open Bracket)

  • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
