Educational Qualification/Experience

● Master’s Degree (Social Work, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, law, management, engineering etc.) with 0 to 5 years of work experience, or

● Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience

● Preferred experience in consulting/ research/ public policy/ development sector/working with government organizations/ think tanks/ reputed govt or NGO fellowships

Skills we are looking for:

● Intermediate skills in data analysis and visualisation

● Intermediate skills in MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Google workspace functionalities

● Strong report-writing skills

● Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

● Analytical and research skills, both in qualitative/quantitative approaches.

● Experience with R, Stata etc software (desired)

● Good understanding and hands-on experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of development programmes.(desired)

About the Role

You will be responsible for well-defined activities such as

● Public policy research & data analysis assisting in Research design, development of questionnaires, data analysis, insights, report writing, etc.

● Conduction of primary and secondary research and support in data collection through different methods (field surveys, In-depth interviews, FGDs, etc)

● Working with multiple stakeholders and partners

● Leading the projects and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks and other functional responsibilities

● Any other responsibilities as may be assigned
